United States District Court
In order to practice in the United States District Court Eastern District of Virginia, an attorney must be certified and take separate training classes. It is called the “rocket docket” because things move very fast. If you are charged with any crime or traffic offense that requires you to go to Federal Court in Virginia or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, It is important to have an attorney that is familiar with defending cases against the United States. If you are charged, you must remember that the United States Government has unlimited resources to prosecute you. The discovery and filing rules are different than in State Court, so hire someone experienced. I am familiar and experienced with the United States District Court of the Eastern and Western District of Virginia, which is commonly referred to as Federal Court. I have had success in this Court and I know the process it takes to vigorously defend a client. If you are defending yourself against a federal charge, contact me immediately. I offer free consultations and reasonable fees.
